Custom Services for Your Business Needs
What’s worse than doing everything in your business yourself? Hiring the wrong person to do the wrong job.
With our custom packages, we’ll help identify areas in your business that we can improve for you. You’ll air all your dirty laundry (No judgment!) and we’ll work together to design a custom service that meets your needs.
You don’t have to pretend everything’s great when really your hair’s on fire.
Investing in support is one of the best things a business owner can do for themselves and for their business.
“I don’t like to gamble, but if there’s one thing I’m willing to bet on, it’s myself.”

Frequently Asked Questions
As soon as you can make time for your onboarding kickoff call and provide all of the information we need to get to work. We’re very fast!
Usually, that's not an issue. The exception is if we’re creating content for social media or email marketing. In that case, it’s important that we’re familiar with your industry.
If you've never worked with a VA before, it's important for you to know that working with a VA and getting started is just like any other onboarding process with an employee or contractor. You have to set aside time to onboard your VA, to talk to them, and to provide information like logins, passwords, and processes that are already in place. It’s time well spent so that we can save you even more time in so many ways.
Payments for all VA Gladiator services are due upfront. For packages such as Virtual Summit Succes, you can do half upfront and half just prior to launch. For ongoing services, you are charged for the full month upfront. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH.
Your costs could increase if you require emergency services that take place after hours and must happen right now. For instance, if your website goes down and you need your VA to be on the phone with your hosting service to figure out why your website is down and work with them to get it back up. Emergency services are based on availability but we do our very best to help when we’re needed.
Things happen. We’ll be sad but it won’t cost you your firstborn. Typically cancellation requires notification 30 to 90 days prior to your next billing cycle. You will want to refer to your agreement for the cancellation policy specific to your account.
