I get it you’re busy, I have 2 kids, 2 dogs, a small business and a paper route! But WHY are you so busy all the time? You started a business to have MORE freedom, I know I did.
Everyone has heard that the key to running a business and having that freedom is outsourcing. Don’t know what the heck you should outsource? I’ve compiled a list of several things you should be giving to a Virtual Assistant. But first here is how to tell if you should consider getting a task off your plate to make room for other things:
If you hate to do it-do you dread invoicing your clients every week? Outsource it!
If you don’t have time for it- did you decide to post to your blog weekly but you are up in the wee hours of the morning just to make your deadline? Outsource it!
If you have no clue how to do it- do you love the cute memes and graphics you see all over Instagram and facebook but have no idea how to make them? Outsource it!
You get the point, you’re smart. So the following is by no means exhaustive but are just a few things you should definitely give to a VA:
Email Marketing- formatting and scheduling your email newsletter in MailChimp, Aweber, Simplero or Infusionsoft
Social Media Marketing- Scheduling posts and posting in your Facebook and LinkedIn groups
Landing/Squeeze Page creation- Allow a VA to use LeadPages or Optimize Press to create a beautiful sales page for your product or event
Website Updates- Yes! A VA can make updates on your website to copy or images, no need to go back to your web designer for tiny things
Custom Graphics- Back to those memes, A VA can knock that out real quick for ya, while staying on brand!
Operations Manual Creation- Now that you’re an outsourcing pro, go ahead and get your VA to create a standard way to onboard the rest of the team.
I could go on but the best way to find out all the various things you could outsource, is to speak to a VA. Right now I am offering 8 hours of VA services for only $349! It’s the perfect chance to test out my services. Click here to sign up!
